Family-576Born in 1956 to Torrance residents Frank and Marie Rizzo, Geoff Rizzo exemplifies the title awarded to his hometown that same year, “The All-American City.”  He has dedicated his life to serving the community that has provided so much for he and his family and is committed to providing strong leadership, safe communities, and economic opportunity.  Geoff Rizzo is just the kind of community-based, tireless public servant needed by the people of Torrance  – and he knows how to make change happen at City Hall.

Born, raised and educated in Torrance, Geoff is grateful for the quality of life his hometown has afforded his family; his passion for the city is evidenced by a lifetime of service to the city and its residents.   Geoff’s extensive experience in law enforcement, city government and working in the community, combined with his hard-won advanced education, renders him uniquely equipped to serve the people of Torrance as councilman.
